Wandering around the city, without a specific purpose or goal, acts on us in a somewhat liberating way. Why is this happening; Is the freedom to choose routes? (since there is no exact destination): Is it the dynamic impact of the urban landscape that creates a constant sense of complexity of lines, shadows, movements, etc.?

Certainly all this plays a role and contributes to being in a situation where the pace produced by walking and under the random impressions that the eye collects, results in a "fluttering" of the mind and consciousness. A moving situation where I "look" in and out at the same time.

As I walk, successive thoughts - images dominate my mind. I look inside.
At the same time I see the structured space of the city and the movement around me. I look outside.

The contrasting relationship between the two creates a third situation that can be described as a kind of internal urban planning or urban planning of consciousness.
